Giving Back | How to Request a Donation


As Larry J. Brandt, Chairman of the Board/Chief Executive Officer of First Federal Bank, is fond of saying, "We're only as strong as the community we serve." First Federal commits our efforts and expertise toward events, programs, and organizations that positively impact the residents of Northwest and Northcentral Arkansas. The Bank provides sponsorships and donations of merchandise and funds. We encourage and support Team Members' involvement in their local communities, and allow time away from work to volunteer.

Some of the organizations and causes supported by the Bank include: local Chambers of Commerce, Rotary, Kiwanis, Lions, Business and Professional Women, Relay for Life/American Cancer Society, United Way, American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, the arts, education, health issues, agriculture, and youth athletics.

In addition to support provided by the Bank to various organizations, many individual Team Members generously donate personal time and money to groups in their area. A recent survey showed that almost 75% of Team Members are involved in the community in some way. Groups and causes supported by Team Members include local schools, churches and hospitals; United Way, Race for the Cure, and American Cancer Society; Girl and Boy Scouts, 4H Club, and Big Brothers Big Sisters; and many others.

Request a Donation

Each First Federal region has a Donation Committee that reviews and approves donation requests. The Donation Committees are more likely to approve requests that:

  • Enhance the quality of life in Northwest and Northcentral Arkansas.
  • Come from groups working for the betterment of the community.
  • Address specific community needs and impact a broad spectrum of the community.
  • Show a demonstrated record of producing a successful event/program and generating an audience.
  • Groups must be located in the Bank's market area.

First Federal does not approve donations to individuals.

To request a donation of money, savings bonds, merchandise, or volunteers, please fill out the Donation Request Form (form may be completed electronically). When available, please attach a description of your event and/or organization.

  • For Baxter and Marion Counties, fax the form to Fred LeGrand at 870.424.2922.
  • For Benton, Boone, Carroll, and Washington Counties, fax the form to Lacie Audeoud at 870.391.3460.

To request your event to be included on First Federal Bank signs in your area, fill out the Signage Request Form. Submissions must be made a minimum of 15 days in advance of the date needed. Events will only be listed on First Federal's LED signs one week prior to the event.

  • For events in Benton, Boone, Baxter, Carroll, Marion, and Washington Counties, fax the form to Ashlee Colliver at 870.391.3460.
