Originally done only by kings and the wealthy, collecting coins is a hobby that is now enjoyed by many, who like the unique stories coins can tell. A coin's design, mint mark, condition and composition can offer a glimpse into history and a better understanding of the past.

Misc. Coins

2010 Silver Eagle

The latest edition of the world standard for collectible coins contains one troy ounce of .999 fine silver – the largest and heaviest coin ever minted by the U.S. government. The coin comes in a velvet display box with a silver crest on the top and includes a protective airtight enclosure and certificate of authenticity.

2007 Presidential Portfolio

Volume 1 of the Presidential Portfolio U.S. Dollar Series (1789-1817), featuring George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and James Madison. The 5" x 10" horizontal portfolio holder allows you to collect your own coins. It includes art and historical information such as time lines and political information about each President. The portfolio has eight slots for securing each 2007 "P" and "D" minted coins. Coins snap securely into the holders, and they can be easily removed for a closer look.

Volume 2 of the Presidential Portfolio U.S. Dollar Series (1817-1841), featuring James Monroe, John Quincy Adams, Andrew Jackson, and Martin Van Buren. 2009 Lincoln One Cent Series Collection – Volume 1: Professional Life

The Presidential Coin Act of 2005 required the cent's reverse be redesigned in 2009. This resulted in the mintage of four different coins showing scenes from Abraham Lincoln's life in honor of the bicentennial of his birth.

The third one-cent series portrays Lincoln’s Professional life in Illinois. This design features a young professional Lincoln standing before the state capitol building in Springfield, Illinois. It was designed by Joel Iskowitz and sculpted by Don Everhart. Nicknamed the "Illinois Penny," it was released on August 13, 2009. This limited-edition Lincoln cent collection contains two uncirculated cent coins affixed to a sturdy tri-fold full of original art and biographical information. This full color collection walks you through Lincoln's professional life in Illinois with exclusive art and information.
